We stay deliberately small so support stays personal.

We know every participant personally

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between plan-managed and self-managed?+

Plan-managed means a registered plan manager pays your providers on your behalf using your NDIS funding. Self-managed means you pay providers directly and claim it back yourself. We work with participants under both arrangements, as well as NDIA-managed plans.

How do I make a referral or start an intake?+

Use the "Start Your Intake" or "Make a Referral" button on this site, or call us directly. We'll ask a few questions about the participant's needs and current NDIS plan to see how we can help.

What happens after I contact you?+

We'll arrange a short conversation to understand your goals and support needs, confirm funding arrangements with your plan manager or the NDIA, and agree on a service agreement before support begins.

Which areas do you service?+

We support participants right across Sydney. Get in touch and we'll confirm availability in your suburb.
