Disability Support Services in Bankstown
Bankstown, South-West Sydney's commercial and transport hub, sits about 3km from our Revesby office. We support participants here with the same team that covers Revesby, so there's no separate branch or handover, just a short drive for your support worker.
Bankstown is only about 3km from our Revesby office, so it is one of the areas we reach most easily. We support participants who live near Bankstown station and Bankstown Central, as well as those in the quieter streets towards Condell Park and Padstow.
Our Bankstown services include in-home support such as personal care and household tasks, community participation including life-skills development, and supported independent living. Support is delivered by the same team that covers Revesby, so there is no handover between offices.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer NDIS life skills development in Bankstown?
Yes. Our community participation service includes life-skills development such as cooking, budgeting, travel training and using local services, built around each participant's goals.
Can you provide in-home NDIS support in Bankstown?
Yes. We provide personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and other in-home support to Bankstown participants.
How quickly can support start?
Start dates depend on your plan and our rosters, but because Bankstown is close to our office we can often arrange an intro visit within days. Call 0401 682 815 to check.
What's the difference between plan-managed and self-managed?
Plan-managed means a registered plan manager pays your providers on your behalf using your NDIS funding. Self-managed means you pay providers directly and claim it back yourself. We work with participants under both arrangements, as well as NDIA-managed plans.
How do I make a referral or start an intake?
Use the "Start Your Intake" or "Make a Referral" button on this site, or call us directly. We'll ask a few questions about the participant's needs and current NDIS plan to see how we can help.
What happens after I contact you?
We'll arrange a short conversation to understand your goals and support needs, confirm funding arrangements with your plan manager or the NDIA, and agree on a service agreement before support begins.
Which areas do you service?
We support participants right across New South Wales, with our core team based in Sydney. Get in touch and we'll confirm availability in your area.
