Panania borders Revesby directly, only about 2km from our office, practically next door. It's one of the quickest suburbs for us to reach, which matters for participants who need flexible or same-day scheduling.

Panania borders Revesby, so our team is practically next door. That proximity means short travel times for support workers and more flexibility if your needs change at short notice.

Panania participants can access in-home support, community participation and supported independent living. We can also help you work out how to use your plan funding for the supports that matter most to you.

We know every participant personally

We keep our participant numbers small on purpose, so every plan is genuinely tailored to you and you're never just a case number.

Frequently asked questions

Is CDC close to Panania?

Yes. Our office is in neighbouring Revesby, about 2km away, which makes Panania one of our fastest areas to service.

Can you do same-day or flexible scheduling?

We try to be flexible where our roster allows. Because Panania is so close, short-notice changes are often possible. Call us to ask.

What does it cost?

NDIS supports are charged at the rates set in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and billed against your plan. We will explain this before support starts.

What's the difference between plan-managed and self-managed?

Plan-managed means a registered plan manager pays your providers on your behalf using your NDIS funding. Self-managed means you pay providers directly and claim it back yourself. We work with participants under both arrangements, as well as NDIA-managed plans.

How do I make a referral or start an intake?

Use the "Start Your Intake" or "Make a Referral" button on this site, or call us directly. We'll ask a few questions about the participant's needs and current NDIS plan to see how we can help.

What happens after I contact you?

We'll arrange a short conversation to understand your goals and support needs, confirm funding arrangements with your plan manager or the NDIA, and agree on a service agreement before support begins.

Which areas do you service?

We support participants right across New South Wales, with our core team based in Sydney. Get in touch and we'll confirm availability in your area.
